The main entrance is the primary access point for all ticket holders. It’s easy to find thanks to the building’s iconic water lily–shaped roof designed by Félix Candela. This entrance leads directly to the central lake and general visitor pathways.

By Metro

The closest metro station is Oceanogràfic Station on Metrovalencia Line 10. Upon exiting the station, the Oceanogràfic entrance is just across the street

By Bus

Parking at the Oceanogràfic entrance

  • Oceanogràfic Valencia offers an on-site parking facility with 800 spaces. The parking lot opens for vehicle entry at 10am and allows exit up to half an hour after closing usually at 9pm.
  • Visitors who show their Oceanogràfic ticket at the parking control center benefit from a flat rate of €7 per day. 
  • The standard parking cost without a ticket is approximately €2.30 per hour
  • There is also street parking nearby, but visitors should check local parking restrictions to avoid fines

An information desk is situated on the ground floor of the access building, offering assistance in several languages, including Spanish, Valencian, English, French, German, Italian, and Russian

Cloakroom and lockers

Lockers are provided in the access building for secure storage of personal belongings. Prices range from €3 to €5 depending on size, and payment is by card only. Lockers can be opened and closed multiple times during the day.

Baby and family facilities

Dedicated breastfeeding and baby changing rooms are located on the ground floor of the access building, next to the Information Points. Prams and strollers are allowed inside, and strollers are available for rent if needed.

Restrooms

Accessible restroom facilities are located near the entrance and throughout the aquarium. These are equipped with features such as slip-resistant floors and uniform lighting
