Europe’s largest aquarium, Oceanogràfic, brings you face to face with over 45,000 marine animals from across the globe. Walk through underwater tunnels, watch dolphin shows, and explore themed habitats from the Arctic to the tropics.
Headout is an authorized and trusted partner of the venue, offering curated experiences to enjoy this attraction. This is not the venue's website.
I liked best, the ocean tunnel where you are in close contact with sharks, stingrays and penguins in the Antarctic part. While the 4d cinema show I would say improvable.
Personally , going back, I would not have taken the combo with science museum because we came out tired from the oceanographic but otherwise all wonderful! Congratulations on the organization!
Purchasing tickets for the Oceanogràfic was super easy and fast! The website is clear and well organized, with all the necessary information at my fingertips. I was able to easily choose the date and time of my visit, and I received my tickets directly via email within minutes. No queues at the entrance: all I had to do was show the QR code from my smartphone. A convenient and stress-free experience that made visiting one of Europe's most fascinating marine attractions even more enjoyable. Highly recommended
Beautiful!!! To have recreated the most natural environment possible for all that is our heritage. Exciting dolphin show
The water park is very large, offering visiting aquariums with many species of fish on the lower floors, and above are ponds and vogliere with terrestrial species. I was satisfied with the 'route marked in the itinerary; great place for aquarium lovers and not only also birds and various animals.
Very interesting oceanografic with many animal and plant species. Nice show with dolphins. Science museum a bit let go, many activities not working and pavilion very hot.
The aquatic museum is part of a larger whole named Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències. The complex is divided into zones that reproduce the marine environments found on Earth. It had been many years since I had been to the aquarium and d was nice to go through the tunnel and see the fish up close, something I would never do in life because I am afraid. Architecturally it is truly spectacular and it deserves for that alone. Recommended.
The science museum was too confusing, there was no map to follow that could show you a route so you could see all the things that were there... but it was still very nice especially for the various "attractions" you could try. The aquarium really nice!
Excellent experience we arrived at 10 a.m. and went in without waiting in line and immediately saw the dolphin show....enthralling and very enjoyable for both adults and children, then we visited all the other areas until lunchtime then went to the Science Museum, which, however, disappointed us a little bit.
Booked online and it was really quick to walk in and no queuing. The aquarium was amazing great to see all the animals were cared for.
I really liked it. SUPERRRRRRR.
I liked everything, a very good attraction
The place is wonderful, the tour was a wonderful experience.
A tip for those who want to go💪❤️
Curated and futuristic structure 🔝
Amazing place! Highly recommended for children.
All very beautiful, the park is spectacular
The organization , varieties of animai , planet simulations and much more
Super beautiful special fish seen that we had never seen before.
Everything! Especially the structure.
Everything, mostly berugas and dolphins❤️
Wonderful overall I would visit again.
Everything!!! I liked everything!
It's a must see attraction if you are in València x
Very good organization in the display of both facilities. The only downside is that in the descriptions of the works there is not written in Italian.Italians are plenty who come to visit.

Really nice park, there are so many varieties of animals....si should improve the signs for the various pavilions and add Italian language in the maps.
It was a wonderful experience: the oceanarium exciting in places, well-organized and with special attention to animals and their environment. In the science museum particularly enjoyed the exhibit on Leonardo da Vinci.
Everything beautiful, from the animals to the facility, the staff kind and helpful. Great reception services as well. Bravo!
Great combination of museums to visit in a day: our 10-year-olds enjoyed discovering the attractions there. We started our visit in the morning at the Oceanographic and in the mid-afternoon we moved to the Science Museum. Very interesting contents.
very clean area ,perfectly organized exciting experience with dolphins as well. it would be nice to see in the future shows or direct experience with other animals
Absolutely fabulous both of them! My 9 and 6 year olds had a great time, and they were two enjoyable and interesting visits for us adults as well. Kudos for the cleanliness and care with which the oceanographic is run!
Maximum organization and efficiency. Despite having little time, we managed to visit everything! The logistics of the refreshment stations were also excellent.
Belugas and the variety of species present

The didactic preparation was great. Unfortunately not a single text in German, which is very strange considering the large number of German visitors.
Accidently booked wrong movie in Hemispheric- was IMPOSSIBLE to change it later as: 1) no one on this company answers the phone 2) nor email.....? Once call was transferred to UK? So, don't expect any human assistance if buting tickets here.... Other than that, bar codes worked well and we entered all places easily.
Lack of time to see everything. We took the combo and didn't have time for anything.
Everything was perfect! Worth every cent spent on tickets. Wonderful experience❤️
It was a beautiful experience ..wonderful , unique ! My son and I had a great time .
First stop morning June 30th h.11.00 Hemisferic; no language in Italian so if you don't know English and Spanish very well in my opinion better to avoid, like seeing a silent movie. If the visit had been made in the afternoon snooze sure the coolness in the hall and the length of the screening 40 minutes. Second stop Science Museum; Fairly pleasant but not exciting experience. Third stop afternoon Aquarium; This experience alone is worth the cost of the ticket.... Beautiful everything but especially beautiful was the dolphin exhibit.... The Oceanographic like everything else is very organized about everything, restaurants, bars and toilets in every place.... The area is in front of the mall and the Carrefour supermarket where if one wants one can move for lunch.... Overall I personally would have avoided buying just the Hemisphere given the lack of Italian language.
It was brilliant experience, the only thing as I bought combo there was a time to visit oceanografic and hemisferic ,so it was 2 hours apart . I dont know why but I didn't see that the first we had to go to hemisferic , so basically we missed that but the lady at the information desk changed our tickets to other time . So it wasn't a problem. All together we spend 8 hours to visit all 3 places it was really worth it.
All very nice, interesting.... Preferably bring food from outside because it costs too much....for the rest tt ok...
Positive experience--we had the wrong time to enter the hemisferic but they validated our tickets for another time that day. We found the science museum interesting and enjoyable as well as the Oceanografic.
We liked everything. It is difficult to choose one thing. Life at sea wonderful as seen and as explained. The film about the sea and space. And the science museum, difficult to explain in words. A marvel
The place is very nice, clean and well organized, there are many rest stops and many benches. The animals seem well kept but alas always in captivity. This is the thing I liked least about it.
It was a great experience that could have been even greater if there had been French translations. Despite a good knowledge of English and Spanish, we needed Google translate in the science museum.
Simply wonderful. The architect did a fantastic job and the places are well maintained
Beautiful experience , and well organized
Museo della scienza ...,,.......................
Ease of experience.
Very nice museum of science and oceonz park . Top.
The size of the park, and the pools outside.
Family park, very nice and interesting, recommend
Beautiful and rich science museum
Everything beautiful everything perfect, the waiting time acceptable and the organization optimal
Stupendous beautiful to repeat
Loved the huge variety of marine life and the habitats. Wonderfully laid out park and a great place to spend a day.

We liked everything ... the shows and the 3d and 4d rooms.
The whole experience has been magnificent
Beautiful outdoor spaces. Very helpful staff
The ocean grafic was great, the displays are brilliant, I knocked a star off because the hemisferic has the potential to be great, the opening Dolby advert was amazing, the sound was awesome, then we watched a film about a solar glider. For people that don't speak Spanish the provided headphones are not good, it's very hard to hear the talking and they are uncomfortable. A film that utilises those speakers would be great.
Beautiful aquarium, big and very well organized. I would have spent the whole day there but we had an appointment later. The hemisphere beautiful, experience to do absolutely
My family and I loved the Oceanogràfic, even if there were many people allowed at the same time, especially in the tunnel "underwater" section. When we booked the tickets and decided to add the Hemisfèric experience, we didn't understand that there was a stric time to comply with, expect from the fact that our entrance was supposed to be at 11am. I received an email one day before the chosen day with the confirmation of the entrance at the Oceanogràfic, but one hour before at 10am plus the suggested time of entrance at the Hemisfèric, which was 11am and we couldn't have made it. Anyway, it wasn't clear and we didn't know which screenings were planned. We found the whole communication confusing, and the lady at the desk of the Hemisfèric said she spoke just "a little English" and couldn't really help. In the end, we couldn't enjoy the Hemisfèric and our daughter was kind of sad for that. Is there any chance that we can get a reimbursement? Thank You.
It was great but the sounds in the headphones in the Hemisphere was on max but was not enough to hear good the translation. Beside this everything was great we had so much fun.
Everything beautiful from the cinema to the aquarium !
I really liked it because there were so many different thematic areas, many animals all beautiful
The aquarium is very beautiful and the shows are fun! Very good experience

I passed various places in a relaxed manner. Was able to get off and continue the journey later. Get interesting information about the buildings and the city in my own language. I always do this when I visit cities.
Thanks to hop on off Red Bus We could see interesting places of Valencia quick. The route is very good especially the stop at Oceanographic where we went for straight after. Also The driver that drove the bus on 21.05.25 in the morning was very pleasant and informative. Mucias Gracias ☺️

Everything!!! I liked everything!
The cleanliness and the attention of the staff to the animals. The entire aquarium with all the attractions and very nice staff
All the attractions are wonderful,the sharks,the dolphinarium,the turtles,the belugas,great organization all wonderful
Okay is not meant negatively as far as I am concerned. Tip: It would be more convenient if the OR code on the phone could be used directly as proof of payment. Saves a lot of time at the stops and not printing out receipts again as boarding proof. Our earpiece didn't work, which was a bit unfortunate. A great opportunity to get acquainted with the city in totality and get off en route here and there. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Diversity: there are LOT of species Water dispensers Prices of the dinner, not much higher than in the city We were both astonished with my daughter:)
The dolphin show and the tunnel unique experiences as well as in the Mediterranean sector the mini-tunnel for children.
I thought that with the non-line ticket we had a preferential route on arrival . Instead an opening waiting line of 500 m mixed with tourists without tickets. The brochure with tourist information was given to only a few so for search and orientation we lost time. Despite the midweek it was overcrowded
Biopark: An amazing activity and a very worthwhile visit in Valencia — a lovely experience seeing so many animals! Absolutely recommended! Tip: Visit on Sunday evening, as it wasn’t crowded at all. Hop-on Hop-off Red Line Bus Tour: The bus takes you to all the major sightseeing spots. However, the headphones didn’t work at all — I could barely hear anything. The timetable is not consistent; the bus arrived at least 15–20 minutes late when we were leaving from both the Bioparc and the Oceanogràfic. Please note that the Headout confirmation is not your actual ticket. The bus driver will give you a paper ticket, which you need to keep with you for the entire ride. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed about this (it was probably explained in Spanish). Many of the drivers don’t speak or understand English, which made communication difficult.
Everything very good the staff friendly and helpful for any information good also the cleanliness I recommend it+++++
Buses were very busy, not easy to hop on and off as the buses were often late and then there was a risk they didn't have enough space for a family of four. All too often the audio didn't work so we'd have to wait for people to get off so we could move seats to hear the audio. Disappointing
It was as easy to book , the bus location was easy to find and the bus was very comfortable and the driver was friendly. The information on the audio was good. Only thing was that the complimentary ear buds had sound in only one ear and the audio output in some seats wasn't working . This was still okay but maybe some maintenance in the audio system on the bus would improve the experience.
Perfect organization. The staff, security and attractions lived up to our expectations. The message about respecting the planet was also very important. Thank you
quick and easy purchase, in line with the aspettaive, the rest is done by the park or the attraction itself, engaging and exciting

I liked the experience with Headout as they have a good price for the tickets, it was very easy to buy and also it was easy to use the reservations we made. Also it was great that we received discounts for the purchased we made - we bought tickets for sights of Valencia in different days in order to see the city on our pace.
I hated the experience. Its horrible that you dont have at least an option to reschedule the tickets. I made a simple mistake and booked for another date (the one I wasn't even in Valencia anymore) and wanted to change the date and your customer service didn't help me at all. I understand its the policy but it shouldn't be. I am a student and I blew 30 euros for nothing so thank you for that. A museum for which I bought new tickets by the way sucked. And I wouldn't pay for it 5 euros. I can elaborate on that as well. I will also write a review on google so everybody can avoid your website. Have a nice day :)

Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences is a striking cultural complex housing Oceanogràfic, a science museum, planetarium, IMAX cinema, opera house, and more—all within walking distance of each other
Oceanogràfic is the biggest aquarium in Europe, both in size and scope. With over 42 million liters of water, nine huge underwater towers, and more than 45,000 animals from 500+ species, it offers a full-scale journey through the world’s oceans, from the Mediterranean and Red Sea to the Arctic and Antarctic.
Oceanogràfic is the only place in Europe where you can see beluga whales. These rare and charismatic Arctic mammals are a highlight for many visitors, and the aquarium even celebrated the first European birth of a beluga calf in 2016. If you’ve never seen these “smiling” white whales up close, this is your chance.
Step into a polar cave, stroll through tropical mangroves, dive beneath the Mediterranean, and watch dolphins perform in a high-tech arena—all in one day. The diverse, immersive environments let you experience life from every corner of the ocean. Whether you're drawn to sharks, sea lions, jellyfish, or flamingos, there’s something here for everyone.
Beyond the exhibits, Oceanogràfic is a center for marine research and conservation. The aquarium runs rehab programs for sea turtles, hosts scientific studies, and welcomes over 100,000 schoolchildren annually for educational programs. Every visit supports real-world animal care and ocean awareness.
Oceanogràfic is part of Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences, which includes other must-visit attractions like the Science Museum and Hemisfèric digital dome—all within walking distance. With convenient combo tickets, it’s easy to explore multiple experiences in one visit.
The Oceanogràfic Valencia map provides a clear layout of the entire aquarium, highlighting its main marine zones like the Arctic, Mediterranean, Oceans, and Red Sea. It marks the locations of key animal exhibits such as dolphins, sharks, belugas, and penguins. You'll also find practical icons for restrooms, restaurants, shops, and kids’ zones, along with entry points and on-site parking for easy navigation during your visit.
Your Oceanogràfic Valencia entry tickets include access to all of the following zones!
Standard entry tickets include access to all exhibits, including themed zones, the Dolphinarium show, and outdoor areas. Some special exhibitions or 4D experiences may require a separate ticket.
If you plan to visit more than one attraction, combo tickets offer better value and make it easier to explore the entire City of Arts and Sciences in one go. It’s the most convenient and cost-effective way to experience all the highlights.
It’s highly recommended to book in advance, especially during weekends, holidays, and tourist seasons, to secure your preferred time slot and avoid long queues.
The time slot you choose during booking applies only to the Hemisfèric show. Oceanogràfic and the Science Museum can be visited at any time during their opening hours on the same day.
A typical visit lasts around 3 to 4 hours, though you can spend more time exploring all zones and attending live shows.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. However, there are multiple restaurants inside with vegetarian, vegan, and kid-friendly options.
