Book Santos Juanes Church Tickets

I bought the tour of 3 different places with audioguide. One of the two churches was closed and this was not indicated on the site. At the meeting point (silk museum), the person who provided us with the audioguide was not very helpful in telling us how to proceed to the only other visit available. Your site needs to explain things a bit more.

I enjoyed learning about the history of our city, its richness, its evolution and the artistic wonder we have in Valencia. The pity was that we could not enter the Church of Santos Juanes because it was closed to the public for construction. We were not warned when we booked the experience.

Shameful to sell a ticket to 3 places and only include one because there was an error in the ticket issuance. I notified Customer Service of this problem but they responded by sending me the same ticket I asked about if it would be valid for the last two seats.

The museums were incredible, but the advertising of the prices is wrong. The price I was charged was wrong, and when I got there I had to pay the difference, the prices on this website are wrong. What's more, they told me they would refund the difference, which they never did.

Tickets bought for 3 visits only gave access to one place 🥺🥺 We had to pay extra and we weren't the only ones to be fooled by your site 😡😡😡
